What the lists are
Every list is ranked from a public data source, named on its page with a link to each entry’s source. The lists are for general information and entertainment.
- Rankings change as their sources change, and lists refresh automatically.
- Public data can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Every update is checked automatically before it’s published, but we can’t guarantee every entry.
- Nothing on Top Facts is professional, financial, legal or medical advice.

Sources and trademarks
Data comes from third parties, including Wikidata (CC0), the World Bank (CC BY 4.0), Wikimedia pageview statistics, Apple’s public charts, GitHub, SteamSpy and Open Library. Names, logos, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the ranked items; it doesn’t mean those owners endorse Top Facts.
Sharing our lists
You’re welcome to link to any list and quote short parts of it with a link back. Please don’t copy the site in bulk, overload it, or present our lists as your own.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to disrupt the service, get around its limits or security, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
Top Facts is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JGB Solutions isn’t liable for any loss arising from the use of the site, the app or the information in them.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which JGB Solutions is based.
